A 48 hour study of Twitter users on February 8, 9 and 10 of this year found that the Top 5 languages used on Twitter are:
- English (50%)
- Japanese (14%)
- Portuguese (Brazil) (9%)
- Malay (6%)
- Spanish (4%)

Made friends with someone on Facebook and then found out that she lives just a short distance from my place. So we decided to get together at the little Mexican restaurant and meet in real life. I’m really glad that we did – she is nice and I’m looking forward to becoming better friends with Mindy. She has a blog and I’m heading over there to check it out myself.
